We need an expert for WordPress , we need to add condition in our theme that when a user comment on any post , there should be a validation that one person can on post comment only 3 times in a row without any and after third post his comment will be sent for approval by admin . we have a sample site ([login to view URL]), they are using the same system in there comments . have a study of this site check it properly and then bid .
