Build a Slideshow with music

We need to have a "virtual tour" made. I don't want them to look like all the other virtual tours that are out there. The closest thing to what I'm looking for can be someone closely approximated in the following examples:

Final product should have a responsive website feel like:

But, in function it should have at least the features of the following:

Specific Needs As Follows

Features I'm looking for visitor:

-Slideshow to be responsive to window size and screen size

-Ability to go to Fullscreen if desired

-Have slideshow controls (play/pause/back/forward) in fullscreen and non-fullscreen modes

-Have audio on/off controls in fullscreen and non-fullscreen modes

-Have thumbnails below presentation and control on/off of thumbnails

Extras:

-Have ability to display house descriptions, realtor contact information, picture descriptions, outside links, etc.

-Have ability to overlay Realtor-branded image layer

Feature I'm looking for in back end:

-Ability to upload files

-Ability to rearrange image order

-Ability for system to automatically produce thumbnail version images

-Ability to choose audio file, or upload new

-Ability to produce two versions of slideshow: "branded" and "non-branded"

-Ability to add/edit house descriptions, realtor contact information, picture descriptions, outside links, etc.

-Ability to view and track visitor Statistics for branded and unbranded

Extras:

-Ability for client to log in to system and view all slideshows they own.

-Ability to rearrange image order for each slideshow

-Ability to choose the audio file from a selection of choices for each slideshow

-Ability to add/edit house descriptions, realtor contact information, picture descriptions, outside links, etc.

-Ability to view and track visitor Statistics for branded and unbranded
