Build a Bitcoin Website with Investment and Binary Payout functionality

We need a website similar to : [login to view URL]
In this system, we need daily payouts to members, Binary Payouts some investment plans/Packages and also min/max payout limits. Once any user reaches his Max limit his account will be reset to "0" and also there are some emails security tokens etc required.
This must be fully functional by end of September 2017.
This Site will be used by our of our client in USA, so there should be NO compromise on quality of work, code must be cleaned and functionality should be bug free.
You need to use PHP+codeigniter framework for this job.
Please apply only if, you are qualified and experienced freelancer. Your work experience should be 2+ years on freelancer and completion of work must be 95%+.
NO upfront payments will be given. However we will work with progress Milestones. 90% payment will be released once project is delivered successfully. 10% will be released only after 90 days of successful working.
