Bitcoins/litecoin gambling website

Hello everyone, the time has come for me to take a part of the bitcoin gambling word, and also including litecoin in it as a second option, which no one has done so far, and it will be a positive thing for the website, and after its growth, hopefully we can boost the price of litecoin once again, [login to view URL] < Is where I have spent most of my days gambling, and the site is filled with useless junk, slowing the site down, but it will give you a basic idea of what I am looking for. I am a graphic designer, so a standard costumizable GUI would be good, leaving me the option to maybe upgrade it in the future. I would want a little admin CP login, to deal with things like this: Muting, banning users, put people in a group (staff, mods). I want people to have the ability to tip other members, with the minimum tip being decided by me, in the CP panel. basically a lot of the current abilities from [login to view URL], without all the trash, as it runs slow, and is so vulnerable it's almost a joke.
