Artists impression of building development from plans.

I would like to create some artists impressions of a development project to assist with marketing the finished houses for sale. I will provide photos of similar type houses that have been completed, photos of the vacant block of land and the builders plans for reference. If views could be provided from the road showing the path and retaining walls. I have attached a photo from the road with a picket fence showing how the fences need to be done on the retaining wall. There is also a photo of another finished development to show how the houses may be finished off on the outside. I would like several angles detailed in 3d or perspective coloured and and landscaped. I would also like the option of creating some internal shots or a walk through clip, I can provide photos of the internals if we proceed with that option. I am new to this type of marketing and would like to work with someone on this particular project that has done many of these campaigns before and can advise me. Thankyou.
