Alter some existing PHP code and do some Photoshop design work.

I have an existing site that needs someone to come in and take over. Quite frankly the hours are not working out for me as I am in America and the team I have been working with is Midnight to 7 a.m. (my time) Communication has been through e-mails, Skype etc. and it is just frustrating.

If you are VERY good at what you do - I will require strong examples of your work - I will need you to assist for the next week or so to get this tied up and finished for me.
