Adding Letters to Font

I bought a special font (call it Novo Font) for my advertizing materials and when I tried to expand to turkey and russia I suddenly had problems with my font as special characters are missing. I now need someone to do two things: 1) I need special characters (there are 8 of them: ÇĞİŞçğış) that only exist in Turkey to be created, based on the original Novo-Font letters. 2) I need other characters that do not exist in the NOVO-Font to be added to my font. these should be taken from a similar font. I think Verdana is similar, but I am open to suggestions. The aim is to have all russian characters in my modified Novo-Font. 3) The new modified font then needs to be renamed in such a way that when I install it on my comnputer, windows thinks it is my Novo-Font and accepts it without question. when I then display russian or turkish characters, the font should automatically show the new letters for the turkish font and the verdana versions for russian letters. This needs to be done in the following versions of the Novo-Font: Absolutely necessary: Bold Light Medium Regular If easily done also: Black Light Italic Regular Italic Thin I will supply the Novo Font files of course.
