Hi, Im very interested in the project and here is my Proposal. 1. Build the website with Wordpress. This is much easier to maintain and manage. 2. Use Classipress theme from appthemes. (99 usd) 3. Use the 'Stripe' plugin for the payment gateway. (39 usd) 4. Price for items 1 and 2 is included in the bid, so basically the initial milestone will be released on project start. If you can check the functionality of the classipress theme from their website, like the theme features and would like to customize it, then I can work with you.
