CakePHP website with LinkedIn Auth

I'm looking for a developer familiar with cakephp to develop primarily the back-end code, with just the most basic front end forms to support it. I'm looking for someone to build out the standard cakephp 2.6.1 platform and add the following: - Account creation. User account will have about 15 profile fields such as company, job title, years of experience. Accounts will be password protected and the sign up should have a set password system with configurable complexity requirements. The system should have the ability for the user to upload a profile photo. The system should send a validation email with hash/ticket and save an email verified value to the account if the user successfully verifies. This should be a robust solution which handles situations like trying to sign up twice with the same email address, invalid email addresses, etc. - Password recovery. There should be a robust password recovery system which sends emails with hash/ticket link which expire after a configurable number of days. The emails should be HTML styleable via cake views. I would like to include a rate limiter of one password recovery per email address per day. - User Account Management - All necessary code to edit profile fields and profile photo. - Admin Account management. the system should have an admin section (only accessible by user accounts with an admin flag) which supports viewing, editing, disabling user account. - LinkedIn authentication and profile importing. The system should have robust support for signing up, importing profile details (company, job title), linking (if a local account is created first, then linkedIn is is chosen after the fact) accounts. It should handle situations where the linkedIn account is deleted. It should handle situations where linkedIn API is unavailable or returns errors gracefully.
