Build a Website Need a Wordpress Web designer + Basic CSS/graphics Skills

I am looking to handle more business coming my way in all fields of IT/Computers, and dont have time to handle all the web design work any more. This is what I need from whoever is available: • Very comfortable with WordPress in designing any type of web site, including e-commerce and membership sites, or is willing to learn those advanced sites on your own time. • Someone who is familiar with and can use Photoshop or similar to edit graphics, but doesnt have to be a pro (I will be providing most of the graphics, but if you are talented thats great, less work for me). • Minimum beginners knowledge of CSS or willing to learn right now (meaning like yesterday). I assume any serious Wordpress designer already knows at least basic CSS. • Has at least 10-15 hrs/week available to work... the reason I need someone is for someone to do the work faster than I can right now, so if you already have a full time job, you must be willing to work another 10 hrs every week consistently, no delays. • Excellent to great skills in English and communication for obvious reasons... irrelevant if you are a foreigner or not an English major, just need to know the site will have no grammatical/spelling/usage errors and I can talk to you fast and quick with no misunderstandings. • Willing to progress and learn new things in Wordpress and web developing a plus since I have other larger projects I may need help with. • Concerning the above, expert knowledge in PHP is a HUGE bonus. • Basic SEO knowledge also a plus There is work to be done right away... usually we would do a trial site together, see how we work together, and then you are off to the races.
