Design iPhone / iPad UI - 3 Screens, Icons, No Code

Please read everything before bidding. I am looking for a brilliant graphic designer to produce all of the design I need for my new iPhone/iPad application. I have attached some example UI designs that I like, please look at them. These are examples of the quality standard I require. I need you to show me a couple of examples of work that you have produced that is at or above this standard. My application has only three screens. The login screen, the main functionality screen and a settings screen. I need designs for all three, in each of the required dimensions for iOs devices. I have also attached a rough sketch of what I want the main screen to look like. If you look at this in the context of the examples, it should be pretty obvious what I am looking for from this project - I would like a metal knob, a guage and a display screen set in a gloss plastic fascia finish. I have carefully designed this functionality. You may be able to approve it (I'm relying on it), but I'm not looking for a reinvention of the wheel. I can explain the detail of the functionality on PM, but essentially the knob is rotated, info is displayed and then the knob is dragged down to activate the guage. Beyond the three UI screens, I also need the icons and other miscellaneous images required for iTunes. I have provided a list below but it may be non-exhaustive. I assume you are an apple app expert and so can ensure I have all the artwork I require. Given the (ahem) diversity of bidders on freelancer I expect you to create an example image to show me you i) understand the requirements ii) are capable, before I select a winner. Feel free to PM me if you need any further info before expending this efffort, but sorting the wheat from the chaff on here is really hard.
