Design a Wordpress Ecommerce Site for exisiting and ranked site called stormmedia.co.za

I would like to take our existing website ([login to view URL], about 100 pages) and convert the entire website to a WordPress site with eCommerce functionality, the following needs to be added or changed: 1. I would like it to have better navigation , easy to use, user friendly, nice crisp clean look 2. All the pages need to be re-optimized better for Google 3. We currently have 97 pages ranked with Google, we would need the pages to be correctly linked to the NEW site. The page names still need to be correctly named so that when a link is clicked through google, it will go to the new page and not the existing page or alternatively it should be re-directed, whichever is better. 4. i want it to have a newer look and feel , it needs to be more organised and easy to use. 5. It needs to have eCommerce functionality and this should be setup so we can handle this ourselves. 6. Everything needs to be setup so that we can easily change anything within the site. Pictures, text, contact details etc.. 7. the coding needs to be optimized for Google search bots. 8. We would need to add a newsletter signup section 9. We would need somehow have the site handle a database which we could email specials etc on a regular basis. 10. the Site needs to have a FTP/cloud section for clients to upload pictures/artwork Please do not apply for this Job unless you have correctly looked at the site, given it some detailed thought and then replied with a detailed list of what you recommend and also what you would like to do for us.
