Design of a website mockup for a Young persons residential service

We have selected a wordpress theme (attached) and would like a mockup inline with that theme. Images will need to be created to go with the theme and we have created the copy that we need to appear on the site incorporated with your design.
This is a service designed for young females aged 16-25 and as such the site needs to be aimed and designed accordingly. We need to show a professional edge with an approachable and friendly undertone. A person needs to be able to come onto the site and want to live and make this their home.
This website will eventually feature more than one home and this needs to be kept in mind when laying it out.
