Design a fun and creative futuristic themed website portfolio

I am looking for someone who can create the graphics for a themed website that can also function as a personal portfolio to showcase my work (I am a programmer). The graphics should be done in photoshop and should be properly layered so I can easily extract everything. I want the website to look like a futuristic scene (imagine 100 years in the future) and should also display my portfolio / information clearly. The website should be 1 page, but should have the following sections incorporated around the scene: - An about section used to describe a little about myself with an image of me - A timeline section that showcases important events throughout my life - A gallery section to showcase my work - A contact section (Use dummy content for everything) It would be even cooler if the scene could be 3D looking, have the sections really stand out. Down the line I will be animating the page, it is not required but if you incorporate animated content (a flying car for example) I will pay extra. The more creative the better! I want this to really pop and be one-of-a-kind. It should not look like a tradition looking website!
