Design a Website Mockup

Hi I think I have an edge over this project. I am Lakshmi Swaminathan heading the operations of a company called Cuion Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore ,India. I will tell you my understanding about the project. Please correct me if Iam wrong. You are looking to develop a website with some static pages and a login for the users who can login and upload the resume. The resume has to be stored in the DB and the admin should be able to retrieve it. There will be two pages through which the users can upload and based on certain conditions - they may have to upload. We may have some clarifications which we can send you via a chat. Also, if you can come on chat, we can send you our portfolio. In summary, executing this project will not be a difficulty and I can assure you of a wonderful product at the end. Let me know how to proceed further. On a flat rate basis, it would cost 30K to do this entire application..DB creation, Design, Admin for the access and manage content, Backend for the resume retrieval - everything can be done in a easy way.
