Design a Website Mockup

Hello. I\'m looking for a freelancer to redesign our restaurants website ([url removed, login to view]) into a single page script. I want the style and content to remain the same. No clutter, boxing, or buttons. Logo right in the middle of the screen and video introduction automatically popping up. I feel that the site we have still needs perfecting. An example of single page website I really like: [url removed, login to view] . I think they did an amazing job with this site. I would like to logo and tabs to pop up just like this site and flow the same way. Think combination of both, also great flow and easy to read. \r\n\r\nI will also be interested in a redesign of the Logo. I like Aviator, but think Pizza & Drafthouse would have a better ring to it. I have TM Aviator so either way it will work. \r\n\r\n\r\nWe\'re just finishing up the menu and it will be ready soon. The online ordering in a HTML plug-in that I can get you the information for. \r\n\r\nLooking forward to having a freelancer that we can work with for flyers, mailers, pint glass art, menus, posters, elc. \r\n\r\nIndesign files are available.\r\n\r\nThanks!!

I still want website updated to resemble www.deltamillworks.com. I had second thought about changing restaurants name and want to leave as Aviator Pizza & Brew Company. So NO name change or logo redesign.

There is also a page to the website that I would like to add to website to capture customer information. This is a webpage designed so that I can leave it open on an iPad in the restaurant for customers to fill out contact information (Name, Birthday, Phone Number, Mailing Address... all optional except mobile) for "Spontaneous Specials". The idea is to automatically add this info into data for export.
