I have a coded HTML template. It can be found here: [login to view URL] I am a software developer but do not specialize in being able to build the front-end of the web design. I have mockups and descriptions of the pages that we need built, however am not able to actually build the pages the way i have in mind. We need a designer who is able to interpret the mockups, user stories, and expected page components and build it using the template we have. You do not need to design anything from scratch, but if it is easier for you to do so then that can be suggested as an option as well.

Hi I have reviewed your project description, the html template and the attached pdf. Here are the conclusions: 1. In the attached pdf, there are some pages which are available without login whereas the theme is meant only for after login. So i believe we will have to design these pages as well as will have to do the html. Please do confirm. 2. We will have to rearrange the element of the template and will have to create a complete html wireframe according to the pdf you have provided. The tasks are perfectly fine.
