Build a Website Redesign an existing website and add funtionality

we would like a redesign of a current website: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site needed would be a revamp of the site above. It is a site to provide information and bookings for particular tourism trips in Saudi Arabia. I want it to become more of web app than just a dynamic website. the best example i can give is the functionality of [login to view URL] . Main features would be Front End: 1) Search by Area: user can search/select an area and the site would serve up the full information on the trip as well as an interactive calendar showing all trips but selectively highlighting the selected trip. With a book online and pay online option 2) search by date: user can select a date range (between half a day to a weekend to a full week) and the site serves up an interactive calendar showing the options for that date. with full trip info and book online and pay online options 3)Interactive map users can click on an interactive map and a mouse over would show a small summary of the trip (with a photo or two) and they can click on and go to the full info page 4) regular elements of any site: media/support/contact us...etc 5) NO Flash, the main reason being is search and indexing. the site needs to be able to be searched and indexed. and flash cannot do that. 6)Payments: 2 payment options: bank transfer & credit card 7) Book Now & Pay whenever Option (tied to a timeframe) 8) payment processor ([login to view URL]) Back End: 1) Visitor statistics (same as google analytics) 2)booking management (per trip)& all trips 3)payment management (per trip)& all trips 4) trip management: add, remove, schedule,location for interactive map...etc 5) Backend financial management: each trip should have its own page that caluculates the total revenue of each trip ( option 1 :using all customers who have paid. and option 2 using total reservations) then the user has the ability to input manual expenditures (no restrictions on numbers) and their own descriptors. Site automatically calulates profits, then has the ability for the user to input the disturbitions of the profits and their percentages, and the site automatically calculates the difference. Ex: total profit 100 SAR, user inputs : benefactor 1 Name: Makki benefactor 1 percentage: 5%. and benefactor 2: mohammed, and benefactor 2 percentage: 20%. the system automatically calculates profit for Makki 5SAR, and for Mohammed 20 SAR. with the ability to add many benefactors (no maximum). Site must have a benefactor management page as well. This revenue /expenditrue analysis to be done on individual trip and All trip lumped together. I appreciate that all bidders will be copy pasting their usual responces, but I will not be looking into anything that i feel is too generic. Try and address my needs with relevant expertise and experiences
