Build a Membership or Subscription Website

I'm looking for someone to create a membership website for me. I have 1000's of images that I want members to be able to access, download and search. This is a creative project with artists/crafters as the target market so the website look needs to support that. I can create/supply all the graphics needed and am looking for someone who will work with me to achieve the aesthetic I am looking for. Wish list - It needs to function well, backend capabilities idiot proof and as automated as possible (management of subscriptions, payments, newsletters) capacity for drip content, recommendation on hosting which has the capacity to hold the 1000's of images (50,000 + they don't have to all go on the site in the beginning. I can add them gradually as time goes on.) and allows for subcategories/subfolders etc, inexpensive solutions - hosting, ecommerce, plug-ins. Searchable content, members forum, I'm thinking some kind of combination of Joomla or Drupal, Paypal, Mail Chimp and customers simply right click and "save image as". Something like that. As for CMS or membership management I haven't got a clue. I don't think digital delivery is necessary but I'm open to suggestions. Ideally the site will be built in a way that has the least expensive ongoing/monthly fees. So in summary - it looks good, functions fantastically, is super easy to run/manage and is inexpensive to maintain on an ongoing basis. Of course SEO would be great too but if you can't I can hire someone else to do that. Thanks for your consideration
