A real designer for a real estate newsletter

We are a real estate agency on the French Riviera. We are looking for a designer to create the template of our newsletter. I enclose a mockup to give you an idea of the general architecture and content. The newsletter will be sent to Russian and French people. So one of the difficulty is to manage both language on the same newsletter. So you have to find a clever way to display titles and texts in Russian and in French in the same newsletter but keep it easily readable. This is the second time I post this project. The first designer I selected thought his job was to convert the mockup in HTML. I need someone who is really a designer, not a technician of HTML and CSS. So if you have no artistic talents, this job is not for you. It is ONLY INDICATIONS. You are the designer, not me. The template will be provided preferably in HTML but PSD would be accepted. The bid must include support of the template until the first newsletter is finalized and sent. If we are really satisfied of the result, we may continue our collaboration on the website design.
