Clothing Online Shop Revamp

I have an existing baby clothing online shop which badly needs a revamp - [login to view URL] I need a freelancer with solid experience in dealing with shopping cart. Currently my website is based on oscommerce which i think does not meet my requirements. This is the scope of work 1) redesign main page of my website including graphic design. 2) recommending & integratin with an opensource shopping cart that allow me to track inventory based on the following factors - Item Code, Item Description, Colour, Sizes. When buyers buy product from my website, the inventory should appropriately deduct qty based on exact size, colour, item code bought 3) Able to generate inventory/sales report and delivery order/picking list 4) Should have a shout box 5) Should have online chat option 6) Should allow non registered users to also buy products 7) Should have extensive discount options including but not exhaustively: bulk/per item/shipping/percentage/dollar value discount 8) To integrate with Google Adsense 9) Should be SEO friendly I have very short timeline of 2 weeks.
