convert emblem /logo to 3d physical looking realistic image

We have a logo which has a silver shield, swords, lions and helmet, we need these to be made to look like the real thing...crafted from polished solid [login to view URL] also want the 2 websites buttons to have the same solid silver with the approptiate writing engraved on it.
Needs to be done in or can be read by Creative CS5.5 (in a format that either Photoshop, Fireworks or Illustrator (all part of Cs5.5) can read or import.)
Please note flash format will NOT be acceptable.
Develop all the graphics to size, with the right colour scheme so it fits the site's colour scheme. See attached the buttons and shield that are to be converted.
Please provide examples of similar work you have done.
Job to be completed in 5 days from award.
