Create, design a brochure for me , and make print ready

I have a small project, I want to have an example for a magazine, made print ready. I have spoken to print shops and they are quoting,too much. I am looking for a A5 magazine once printed. 10Pages, Max. I want to be able to give you the text or just instructions of what I need. Then for you to put them into a specific size advert on the page. I would like you to provide images if required, I will not ask for anything complicated. At then end of the project I will ask for the documents on pdf or disk so I can get them to the printer. I you are printers then I will ask you to print the magazine for me(20 copies max),and forward the PDF. I will like communication through skype once awarded. Low bids please, I do appreciate all your experience but there are budget factors which need to be taken in to account. Thank you
