Design some Business Cards

I need the a business card done. I need unlimited revisions. I need this business card to look sweet. It also needs to have his picture in it. He is a business coach. Here is his old business card. It needs all the same content from [login to view URL] attachment for that Colors will be given prior red, with some white, black coloring in there as well, and of course a picture of him on the left hand side of both sides one side. I also need a QR Code on both/one sides - a large version on the front... When you're complete the work I will require all source files and the final .psd or .ai file. Also, as a last minute change you will be required to change the dimensions for the offset press, I don't know the bleed lines off hand for the print shop he's using so we'll have to work around that and mod it at the end.
