I AM A NEW T-SHIRT COMPANY LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE T-SHIRT DESIGNER WILLING TO GET IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF A NEW COMPANY. THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE CREATIVE, FLEXIBLE, FAST WORKING AND CARES A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT THAN THE MONEY. I WANT TO CREATE A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS DESIGNER OR DESIGNERS WHICH I THINK WILL BE VERY HELPFUL TO THE LAUNCH AND SUCCESS OF THIS BRAND. I MUST ADMIT, THE BUDGET ON THIS PROJECT IS NOT BIG PER IMAGE BUT IT IS DEFINITELY A PROJECT WITH LONGEVITY AND CONSISTENT PAY. DESIGNS CAN BE AS SIMPLE AS TYPOGRAPHY AND/OR TAG LINE DESIGNS OR AS COMPLICATED AS CHARACTER CREATIONS. NOTHING MORE. ($15-$20 PER DESIGN) IM LOOKING TO DO 3 - 5 DESIGNS PER WEEK FOR THE NEXT 90 - 120 DAYS. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR 5 - 10 DESIGNERS INITIALLY. ONCE YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS I WILL GIVE YOU THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SPECS. I ALWAYS NEED TO SEE A SAMPLE OF THE REQUESTED DESIGN PAYMENT WILL ALWAYS BE MADE IN FULL PROMPTLY AFTER THE DESIGN IS COMPLETED AND AGREED AS SATISFACTORY.

Good day. After reading through your project, I am certain we would be able to work well together. Most of my work history has involved print work and there have been a lot of t-shirts involved. The only question I would have for this project would be: what process will be used to print the shirts themselves? With they be screen printed, heat press print transfers, or run on a t-shirt printer? I have put in the the bid of $25 for the bidding process though I see you referred in your project listing $15-$20. I am sure we can work out the particulars as needed for a long term business relationship after the initial project. I can set up the graphics however you need them as I work in both photoshop and illustrator and can set them up in whatever color space you need. I look forward to working with you. -Jason Wilson
