Design a T-Shirt

i need a design for a tshirt for a barber shop that says "1 in the chair, 1 waiting, & 1 on the way" this is the slogan. i want this to be on the back of the shirt. i was thinking 1-1/2" inch letters, i want the whole image to be 10" wide by 5.4" tall and each line sentence to be stacked. Example:
1 in the chair
1 waiting
&
1 on the way
i want this to be centered with a font that is readable but not too plain. something eye catchy so people can read what it says. i need the letters in white color. they are going on a black shirt. Attached is what the front of the shirt will look like. if you can match the font or get something close to the font that would be great.
These are the file requirements and they have to meet these standards.
Adobe Illustrator®: Convert all text to outlines and save as Illustrator CS6 Version 16 or lower.
Bitmaps: Most files with the extensions .jpg, .tif, .gif, and .psd can be used. This art will only be used as guides for art services.
Recommended resolution for bitmaps is 150 dpi to 300 dpi.
Artwork must be vector art.
All fonts used in the design must be converted to curves/outlines. To avoid errors in missing fonts and altered formats, please provide all text converted to curves/outlines.
**Also the picture I have attached needs work also. i need the colors changed on the picture and i need this image to meet the standard requirements of vector and everything mentioned above. I want the lettering to be WHITE, the pin stripe design to be GREY, and the scissors to be GREY also with the shading in the scissors to be WHITE. so pretty much on the front design I just need color changes and the size to be 10" wide and 4.5" Tall.
