Crop and save images and positions of PSD

Looking for someone who can get started straight away on this project. We have a photoshop file which has 4 layers. And each layer has multiple objects in it. We need each objects co-ordinate position in the image; the image to be cropped and saved as a PNG and the size of the image recorded as well. Along with the name of the image. And layer which it is from. We also have some hover images which are not in the photoshop file which will need to be resized to 10% of what is cropped from the photoshop file (these will be supplied in PNG) All information will need to be recorded in a spreadsheet. I have the photoshop file ready to be sent to you. Only bid if you are available and can get this done ASAP. This is for a mobile application.
