Create Printable Image to be used as greeting card - Expert Photoshop image editing skills

Are you a photoshop image editing expert? I need an image created that will be used on a greeting card as soon as possible.? SPEC:? I need a human face put on the body of a hybrid tyrannosaurus rex/penguin. Then this tyrannosaurus? rex/penguin/human hybrid will be placed on the moon in space with the earth visible in the background. Two images will be required as the deliverable: one with a graduation hat on and one without. The body parts I want from each animal: Head - human (provided by me) Most of the body - tyrannosaurus? rex Tail - penguin Color - like a penguin (black and white) I will provide a few images of the human face, you choose the one that will work the best. Images do not have to be cleared for publication because it will just be used privately, but no watermarks may be present. Resolution must be high enough to print on an 8x10 sized photo. Deliver PSD and a good printable format (PDF?). You must be an expert at making fake things in photoshop.
