Clean up image and turn it into a (high contrast) 'vector' image

(Due to the Hurricane I have had to re-post this job) I have a high contrast .jpg of a old timey 1920's guy on a bicycle. I need someone to take that image, clean it up and turn it into a vector (re-sizable) graphic that I can use as my logo. This logo will be branded into leather - so it needs to be very high contrast, and the spokes on the wheels need to be erased and replaced with solid lines (less spokes but thicker) so it will show up in leather. I will also use the image on my website as part of the logo. I've included the image I need you to start from (biker1912b) and a sample image of what the outcome should be like (sample image). Final image should probably be a .svg but I'm open to other vector formats as well. Thanks

Hi, If you give me this project, I can do something with the photo first, clean it up, include the spokes on the wheel, play with the contrast, and then trace it in Adobe Illustrator, and also clean the un-needed attributes from the photos, this is the step where I can put "new" spokes as you want it. Do some more clean up and voila! It's gonna be your logo. I can do it in 1 day, mostly 2 days. Cheers, geinisa
