Change Image in PSD File & Export As Sliced Image

Hello, this project contains screenshots which only requires the sailing image to be changed to the boat photo (highlighted in red in [login to view URL]), nothing else needs to be changed in the PSD file. I require the sailing image in the PSD file to be changed to the boat image as illustrated in [login to view URL] and after.jpg. The new boat images will need to be sliced and provided in the exact same dimensions as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (including white rope continuing off to the right in [login to view URL]) so they can be uploaded to the website and replace the existing images perfectly without having to change the website. Please note I will require this to be completed within 2 days max and have a budget of $30 with a bonus of $10 if finished to my satisfaction within 1 day.
