Boat Shirt 2

Looking for a vector design I can have screen printed onto a t-shirt. I have the design layout in my head, I just don't have the ability to draw it up in illustrator. The design is an map of the Colorado river with spots marked on it for different events that are planned through the year. The idea is it will be a '2014 Tour' shirt with dates/locations and spots marked on the map for each event. This main design will be on the back of the shirt. Attached is the best image I could find of the section of the Colorado River as to where the events are being taken place, if you can come up with a better design, feel free. Mark each spot with dots or stars, or even my logo - feel free to be creative. I attached an image with all the physical spots on the map marked ([login to view URL]). Use one or all of them. The design will be going on a BLACK shirt, so please design accordingly.
