Hi, Hope you are doing well. I know to achieve exactly that effect. The look of the pictures are done by Photoshop and the motion can be done with with any of the following softwares Flash/premier/aftereffect. To blindly bid for this task is very difficult. Do you want to make a video like that? If yes and you are going to use any background music. Then you have to tell me the duration of the presentation, how many pictures will be used? Will you provide the picture and soundtrack? It seems like an interesting project. I really wanna do it. For the sake of art, it really does not matter how much you pay. regards Baharulalam

You did not specify the number of photos, so I will assume it is about 50. (If it is less, I will lower my bid.) I viewed the sample YouTube video; it is dynamic. The animation is more like a zoom-in effect than a floating effect. A spirit effect would be having the objects move randomly left, right, up and down. To add animation, your photos would need some tweaking in PowerPoint; you would first have a PowerPoint file that I could convert to a WMV video and/or You Tube video.I look forward to working with you.
