CC-Logo Enhancement

Need to have the following logo mark modified in 2 different ways: 1- Add highlight and dimension to it so it looks 3-dimensional and not like a flat graphic element. 2- Put the mark into a rounded background with highlight like an iphone app (semi-circle highlight that appears on all apps.) This one needs to be done both using the existing one dimensional mark as it currently appears, and with the new 3-dimentional one you will be creating. The company name CareCredit (all one word) should appear below icon. Please send a link to examples of similar projects with your bid. Thanks!
