What the website does?
Showing news and info about our organization, and a member area to view news and receive email, sms, push to mobile apps.
Mobile Apps (Dual Language, iOS and android on phone)
- Showing same structure and same design for the website
- Able to receive push notification when there is new news uploaded
- Able to receive messages that sent out from admin panel
- Same function for member area as above (maybe just a web apps)
Admin panel(Either from CMS admin area or custom coded) to enter news, update content and able to send message with three option, SMS, email, and push to mobile apps.

News = news that uploaded to website
Message = message sent to all user using email, SMS, and apps inbox.
