Content Sharing Theme Clone Needed

We need a full social-ready content sharing theme.. We don't need something very complicated.. Here are things we need from header to footer. /** Header **/ - It should be sticky like this one on [login to view URL], and on single pages we need to have "next story" button on the right side. Header can have the same features as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. /**Home Page**/ -Home page should be the exact clone of [login to view URL] (font, its size, weight color cheme etc are all included, except for its wide header. /**Footer**/ -Footer can be clone of [login to view URL] /** Single Pages **/ -Single pages should encourage people to share the news added. So let's copy [login to view URL]'s Facebook & Twitter share buttons at the post bottom. And we are going to add Facebook comments too. /** Sidebar **/ -Sidebar can be 336px or 300px, wide enough to fit a large Adsense box, and I really do need a widget that shows latest articles like [login to view URL] does. It will have the same font as we use on the home page titles. And.... -The theme has to be responsive, -It must light-weight, no redundant js, css files please. -Clean code. It's a simple task, the design I need is quite simple and obvious so please bid accordingly.
