The purpose of this website is for business owners and vendors to be able to analyze their income and expenses. There will be a social aspect to the site in that users can invite other users to join their company page and/or group. There will also be a chat feature available for each group. Users will be able to generate invoices to send to other users. Payment system will have to be integrated (most likely Intuit). The layout of the site will be utilizing template design elements which will be provided so design work will be minimal. This will include the use of third party javascript charts that will be provided ([login to view URL]) Main Components 1. User Registration with sub-types & Profile page 2. User data entry a. Calculations based on data entry (provided via Excel spreadsheet) b. Javascript charts (templates provided) 3. Group registration a. Chat feature b. User can send e-mail to invite to group c. Displayed data sharing 4. Invoice and Payment a. Users can create and send invoices to other members b. Payment option implemented in site (most likely Intuit) 5. User search function a. Users will be able to find and e-mail other users based on a query There will be 5 milestones and time for beta testing required (see attached chart). Please let me know if you have any questions.
