Build a Website

I currently have a word press template that I'm using for our website. We need to add a store. In looking at the template I see there are already pages in there that have functionality for a store. I would like someone to set up a store for us. I'm not sure if it's woo commerce or something but I need users to be able to buy products from us and we get notified so we can fullfill the order. I also need the contact form to work as it is not. I do not receive emails when people put information into it. I need this done asap.
