Build a Website

I am in need of a person who is able to duplicate my current contact management system and create a payment gateway for people to sign up and duplicate my contact management system. My current contact management system tracks all of my sales leads. I want to offer my contact management system to other companies. The company goes to my site fills out the registration payment information finishes that hit's submit and they have access to their own Contact management system once registration is completed. Bidder must be able to write software code to duplicate my current site upon completion of registration.
