This is just to get started. This is a simple job - I think - correct me if I am wrong, please. I have installed a free Joomla template with a OneClick facility, and I want my freelancer to change the structure of the menu and add sub menu to a structure, that I try to describe in writing. Inputs from freelancer will be appreciated. The basic idea is to make an info site for a building with 7 flats. All info about house, the flats, the yearly settlement of heat, electricity, water, waste and so forth as well as all important communication with the tenants should go via the site. 3 areas ruled by login 1. Frontsite - Official info 2. Tenants area devided in two - general - individual with download of PDF - files, contracts and a like. 3. admin I want to add to the site later with laundry planer, wireless meter reading and a couple of other things, so the tenants can follow their consumption of heat, electricity and so forth.
