Hyperlink Media is a digital agency based in London. We're looking for a WordPress/php developer to work full-time over the next 3-4 months. Candidates will be required to work from our central London office and/or from our clients' offices as required. We are working on a number of projects using the WordPress core, adding custom functionality, themes and plugins, turning WordPress into ecommerce sites, booking systems and property searches for some very high profile clients. In particular, we want to develop front-end admin screens, create drag/drop interfaces and use AJAX to turn WordPress into a brand new system for our clients. This is all about building our own functionality, not using off-the-shelf plugins. Candidates must have therefore extensive knowledge of WordPress and have advanced experience working with JavaScript, AJAX, PHP and MySQL. Knowledge of Responsible design, HTML5 and CSS3 is a bonus.
