Build a Website - Simple form submission and managed

I need the following: Admin Section: • You will be able to create the dealers from this section, you will be able to give them a name, region, email address (username) and a password • All listed vehicles will be accessible from here, you can set a vehicle status to active or inactive and once deal is finalised, set to sold, if inactive, the vehicle will not be accessible in the front for either the seller nor the dealers • When you enter a vehicles detail page, you will be able to view all the car details, as well as the seller details and also the bids and commission placed by the dealers. This is also where you will select the dealers you want to link to this vehicle. Dealer Section: • Dealer will log in and be able to view current vehicles available to bid on • Dealer will select the vehicle he wants to bid on and be able to place the bid and commission amount for this vehicle. Once he clicks submit, the bid will be saved to the admin section so the administrator can view bids for this vehicle. The vehicle details will be displayed, but NO client details will be shown. • The dealer will also receive an email notifying him of the new vehicle loaded, BUT only once the admin has assigned this vehicle to the user. Seller: • The seller will fill in the form as per the WhyTradeIn website, once submitted, administrator and seller will both get an email(this is what the form will look like: [login to view URL]) o Admin: Notifying him of the addition of a new car o Seller: Will get an email that confirms the submission and also creates a link to his vehicle where he/she can view the status of the vehicle. This page will show the vehicle details, along with the following details: § Deal Status: Active/Closed/Pending § Current Bid: Will show the highest bid placed taking into consideration the commission amount. § Dealer Details: Only once the transaction is 100% completed.
