1. The task and instruction is very clear, to build a Domain Name Suggestion Site similar to leandomainsearch.com.
2. I'm a HTML CSS Designer, I will give out clear instruction, there will be no extra time and energy wasted (I will also help and provide CSS design)
3. The code must be base on professional framework MVC design, easy to maintain and update
4. If the code is a tiny bit mess up which become a little hard to maintain and update, I will not pay anything.

Project detail:
-Script will run on Xeon dedicated server using nginx+apache(more than enough)
-Base on MVC framework design
-Script must be fast with least server load (Cache design will be very important)
-We will discuss and settle everything first before the project start
