A full redesign of my YouTube channel "Melancholy" . (Logo,Banner,Avatar,Outro)

Logo is just 'Melancholy' and 'Est. 2013' in all white that's in all of my videos, And it needs to have a space for a visualizer like the current logo. Here's some other examples of logos:

And again the logo is the white text in the middle of all the videos.
Also i need a YouTube banner, I'm pretty open with this. Just needs to be minimalist.

I'd like to have a girl in it and go along well with the banner. And i do want the logo on it.
And lastly i need an outro, here's an example:

But i don't need the background, just SIMPLE good looking boxes that say next & random.
