Develop a Corporate Identity for an Emerging Non-Profit

I'm looking for a corporate identity for my non-profit organization. I need an experienced designer that will send me several renderings.
The name of the organization is "Discharging The Criminal (TM)".
I would like the logo to project an image that criminal behavior is being discharged from the program participants.
The designer needs to send renderings no more than 2 days after you are given the project.
I need to have 100% copyright of the logo so that it can be trademarked and become a part of our corporate identity.
I attached a document with several ideas of how I want it to look. Mix and match these ideas with the DTC block lettering and red/black/teal color scheme. If possible, I would like for it to include a lot of the same elements of the picture with the arrows projecting from the head with handcuffs. Feel free to throw handcuffs and other criminal related tools and symbols with the logo with an image that projects the participants are being rehabilitated from this behavior.
The logo has to be able to clearly be seen from far away without being pixelated or blurry. It must also be editable so that it can be used for our discretion.
Send me as many renderings as possible. There are 5 individuals who are partnering on this venture that will influence the decision of which designs will be chosen.
