Design a Logo for PMI Australia Conference 2015

PMI Australia require a small and large logo to be designed for our 2015 conference. We need both of these logos to be delivered in JPG, PNG, and EPS files. We require this to be completed prior to 31/10/2014 and expect no more than absolute maximum 8 hours work. Freelancers that can deliver a faster result to a high quality would be highly regarded for future work. The logo's needs to incorporate our theme "Australia's rising place in the world". - Small logo can mainly focus on a rising Australia within a stylised world map. This needs to be suitable to use as an insert across multiple flyers, invites, and for us to embed into emails or letters. We would expect a size of around 400 x 300 pixels - Large logo should extend the style of the small logo to also incorporate the number of PMI Australia members into an Australia map within the logo (15,710). PMI's global logo should be incorporated somewhere. It's optional to also show the total PMI Global Membership (439,689) in the world part of the map. This logo needs to be suitable to use as a background for our websites, or a title page for our documents. We would expect this to come in both a portrait (size of around 1200 x 2000 pixels) as well as landscape (size of around 2000 x 1400 pixels) variants. We already have logo's / marketing theme's from the 2014 conference that give some examples; as well we have mocked up some changes for 2015. Freelancers that also have website graphic design experience suitable for joomla 3 would be well regarded for follow on work on our conference website.
