Company Logo Design-Gaming Related

Hey guys i own a small business that just got started up, it has nothing to do with my username please ignore it, we have created a unique product related to the gaming industry. The company name is GamerGripz, our colors are black and neonish blue so thats the colors we would like our logo to be. we are related to the gaming industry so we would like our logo to have a dark gamer feel to it and really attract and catch the eye of people. To give some more help our product is a grip designed for gaming controllers so the logo should be very creative and catchy. I will add a logo below( I do not own the rights to this) to help get your ideas flowing. Please do not just try to recreate the logo i put below. I kind of want this to work like a contest, you make a logo and bid what you would sell it to me for or charge for it if that is possible. If i like it i will award you the project then pay you. The logo contests are just way to expensive for a logo, I dont think a logo like this should cost that much. Also we do not want our logo to be sloppy we want it to look like it was professionally done. BE CREATIVE!
