Black Axe Safety Logo Design

We are industrial safety company, geared towards the petroleum and construction field. We are a board spectrum company dealing in safety training, on site EMT's, safety gear retailer and inspection and safety equipment rentals. We are in need of a new logo that can show this the broad spectrum of services we provide. this logo also needs to be simple and professional enough to go on our letter heads as well as on our trucks and in some cases our equipment. Our webpage has a black background so it would also have to blend well. The colour scheme for this logo will need to be black, yellow and perhaps some dark greys. Even though the company name has safety in it we still want the logo to show safety. The integrity of the logo design will need to be able to hold up whether is on the side of a pick up truck or on a business card. The logo must include the words BLACKAXE [login to view URL] the font will need to be simple but still able to stand out well. The idea of it looking like a caution stamp done in paint that is weathered and possibly with paint splatters (we work out doors a lot we are not looking for the perfection that is colouring inside the lines) rugged is good. We won't this done with element of realism with perhaps a little cartoon thrown in for a good aesthetic visual. We are thinking about a group of detailed silhouettes a safety trainer, an oilfield worker in scba, an field worker in correct personal protection hold a tool and EMT. Well will also need this logo in inverted colours and will need to own all the rights to the design. We are open to ideas and there may be wiggle room on the design if it is proven to beneficial to the integrity of the finished design
