Create and design Flyer

I require a professional looking, attention grabbing 8.5 x 11 flyer. You will create both the graphic design and promotional wording based on information I will provide. The object is to create a promotional Flyer / brochure for an online business directory. The flyer should outline the reasons people or companies in the industry would use the directory and the benifits of being a service provider that is listed in the directory. The Flyer would also highlight the various premium listing levels available and include a brief mention of listing submission and payment methods. The flyer will be 1 page, 1 side and designed to print in color on 8.5 x 11 paper. The information or most of it can be taken from our website. But I do not want a word for word copy-paste. I can do that myself. I want a well designed well thought out attention grabbing design both with the chosen wording and with the chosen images and design, all of which should suite the industry our directory caters to. You will be able to get the information on our business as well as the 4 levels if listings available from our website. Some but not all graphics can be taken from the website. I expect that you will create or find other graphics as well for the flyer design. I can provide various copies of our logo as needed. Some automobile graphics may be required, specific to our industry and from North America. If these images are needed and you do not have them, I can purchase some images for you to use in the flyer.
