Design a large banner set

Hello freelancers, I'm looking for someone to design a set of banners. You should be able to use macros in Photoshop.. I need banners similar in style to this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (my topic is not weight loss) THIS DOES NOT (!!!) MEAN YOU WILL JUST EXACTLY COPY THEM, YOU MUST BE CREATIVE, USE YOUR OWN IDEA. I need these sizes: 300x250, 728*90, 120*600, 160*600, 428*90. For each size there must be three different banners so basically there will be three sets with 5 banners in each set. Each banner will have two states (an animation) with 1 second interval. The sets must not use the same graphic elements (no copy&paste between sets). !!! IMPORTANT !!! For each banner there will be 18 text versions so for each banner you will create ONE Photoshop file in which there will be one layer with animation, images and other possible things; and 18 layers with different text versions. You will then export these banners into an animated GIF with the naming I will provide you. I will provide you the text and the naming conventions. In total, you will provide me 15 PSD files and 270 GIF images. All GIF images must be under 40kB, PSD size is not restricted. Do not use Photoshop version lower than 9.0.
