Authors Website

I want to build a website very much like [[login to view URL]][1]so need a full content management site. Where authors and writers can upload their written work in text format with images as an optional extra into various categories. Viewers of the site, must register before they can comment on the novels or manuals and then download either a chapter or the whole book in either e-book format (pdf) or audio book (possibly mp3). There needs to be a control panel area for authors to be able to edit their works and upload more, view and approve comments. The text will also need to be formatted into a readable script, spell checkers etc and a wysiwyg editor. The site admin needs full control over every aspect of the site including, logs with page views and comments etc, delete authors, etc etc. There also needs to be a contact script for authors to contact admin and viewers to contact authors. A help desk script for authors and viewers to contact admin. A FAQ script for admin to easily add FAQ’s for immediate display. All build in php with a mysql back end. The front end needs a complete template build with logo design, login for authors and viewers. There needs to be a rating system and comments system for each work published. A forum script. Most popular, most rated etc. Featured author, popular author. Rotating Banner adds generatator, google adds etc. I’m looking for a coder to get fully involved in the project, with a bit of flare, who can suggest features that I may not have mentioned here and implement them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
